To encourage Amway distributors and to recognize their business achievements, Amway has designed a system of bonus compensation and awards to reward the efforts of those who operate their Amway business. Rewards are determined according to the time and effort spent successfully selling the products and supporting other sponsored distributors. In addition there are different levels of recognition, which are identified by various pins, trips, and other benefits, given as businesses is built up.
